Hotel Policy
The group rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before September 4, 2019. Any reservations made after September 4, 2019 shall be at the Hotels then current available rate. If reservation is cancelled after September 4, 2019, Individual will forfeit the deposit equal to one night (room and tax).
