SME offers several types of member and nonmember registration options. For more information about a specific type of registration, please review the information below.
All attendees and authors at the THRIVE 2019 Conference are required to register. Nonmember authors may register at the member rate. Badges are required for admittance to the technical sessions and social functions.
If paying by wire transfer, the registrant is responsible for paying any bank fees associated with the wire transfer. When contacting your bank about the wire, you will need to request that 57A field is changed from either “Share” or “SHA” to “OUR”. This will make all fees paid upfront by the sending party.
Student registration for the THRIVE 2019 Conference must meet eligibility requirements. SME requires that an individual must be attending a college/university/higher education institute on a full-time basis to qualify for student registration rates. SME cannot process student registrations without evidence that you are a full-time student. Students enrolled in 12 or more semester credit hours are considered full-time.
If circumstances require you to cancel your THRIVE 2019 Conference registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to email@example.com or by mail to THRIVE 2018 Conference Registration, c/o SME, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112. Cancellations received by September 4, 2019, will receive a refund, less a processing fee of 50% of the registration cost. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after September 4, 2019.
Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations.
