Have a question about registration or conference activities? We can help! Below we have answered some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about attending the THRIVE2019 Conference.

Registration will open Summer 2019.

You can register online. For additional questions regarding registration for the THRIVE2019 Conference, please contact SME Customer Service at cs@smenet.org or 303.948.4200. To receive advanced registration rates, SME must receive your registration form and payment by Wednesday, September 4. After September 4, on-site registration fees apply.
Please send all receipt inquiries to cs@smenet.org or contact SME customer service at 303.948.4200. You can also view your meeting registrations online and print your registration acknowledgement through your SME profile. Please visit www.smenet.org/login, use your email address and password on file with SME, and locate My Meetings below My Contact Information on the My Account page. To see registration details, select View Registration next to the corresponding meeting.
All badges and conference related materials will be distributed onsite at the SME registration desk located at the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort. Please check the schedule of events for registration hours.
Conference registration includes access to all of the THRIVE events on October 2, 2019: all technical sessions, refreshment breaks, one ticket to the luncheon, and one ticket to the evening reception. Optional field trip tickets are available for an additional fee.
Your registration allows you access to all technical sessions.
On-site registration will open on Wednesday, October 2 at 7:30 am in the Grand Ballroom Foyer of the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort.
Additional tickets for guests may be available for purchase based on availability. Please contact SME customer service at 303.948.4200 or meetings@smenet.org to inquire about availability and pricing.
All changes to an attendee record must be submitted in writing to cs@smenet.org.
If circumstances require you to cancel your THRIVE2019 Conference registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to meetings@smenet.org or by mail to THRIVE2019 Conference Registration, c/o SME, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112. Cancellations received by September 4, 2019, will receive a refund, less a processing fee of 50% of the registration cost. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after September 4.
Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations.
SME has secured a block of rooms at the special rate of $155 plus tax per night at the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort. Reservations must be made by September 4, 2019, and are based on availability. Reservations can be made online by visiting Hotel & Venue.
