Have a question about registration or conference activities? We can help! Below we have answered some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about attending the THRIVE2020 Conference.

THRIVE is an online, virtual experience October 20-21, 2020. Attend a new selection of on-demand technical sessions beginning at 8:00 am ET daily. Join colleagues, presenters and moderators for coffee breaks throughout the day.
Prior to the event, you will receive an email with additional information and a link to the THRIVE Virtual program listing page, where you will be able to access the presentations and panels. 
From the THRIVE Virtual session listing page, you can access the sessions for by clicking on the title and, when prompted, enter your name and email address.
All content will be available to access on the website for a week after THRIVE concludes.

After the event, the THRIVE sessions you registered for will be available under the “Digital Content Access” section on your user profile on

The day’s presentations become available on the THRIVE Virtual program listing page at the beginning of the day. Simply login and start learning.
Each day will kick off at 8:00 am ET with two hours of presentations and panels with a LIVE coffee break mid-afternoon from 1:00 – 1:50 ET. 
Disable your pop-up blocker and enable Flash (most sessions require it). If you enabled Flash but still see an error message, try refreshing your browser. If you’re having bandwidth issues, use a hardwired Internet connection if possible. You will want to listen with a headset optimally.
